Reviews and Ratings
I was impressed by the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with a king-size bed and a TV, although the musty smell was a downside. The highlight was the amazing spa tub, a luxurious touch worth every penny. The service at Kohler Waters was exceptional, with a strong customer-oriented approach evident in all their offerings. The location, nestled in an old-world charm yet fully modern setting, was simply delightful. The dining experience at the vis-à-vis room exceeded expectations with its quality and included amenities.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with a shower and separate bath that exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping service was top-notch, always ensuring everything was clean and tidy. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, although a bit dark, and unfortunately, the HVAC system had some issues. The restaurant on-site was top-notch and very accommodating with my little one. However, I found the service lacking in enthusiasm and promptness, and the price for an additional meal was a bit steep. The location was beautiful and offered great amenities like light therapy and massage services.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious with loads of closet/drawer space, a well-sized living room with an elegant sleeper sofa and large writing desk, plus a wet bar. The hotel provided a light meal in the evening with wine, free access to the spa during our stay, and breakfast. The service was accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really nice and the meals were delicious. The service was top-notch, although a bit off at times. The location was spectacular, offering a range of amenities and being centrally located. The dining experience was better than expected, especially with the smoked salmon. Overall, a great value for the experience.
